The Ruby Rooms is an advanced skin and beauty clinic based in Royston, Hertfordshire, offering luxury treatments, advanced results and a home-from-home experience. Their existing website was built on Squarespace 7.0 and no longer reflected their updated branding or the premium services they now offer.
Having evolved from a local beauty salon into a luxury skincare clinic targeting a more mature, high-end audience, they needed a website that aligned with their new direction. They also found it difficult to make even simple updates to their old site and wanted a more flexible platform that could grow with their business, including the potential to add an online shop or courses in the future.
