This chiropractic practice, based in Northern Ireland, had been wanting to update their website for years, but the scale of the project felt overwhelming. With a busy practice to run, the task kept being pushed to the bottom of the to-do list. Their existing site was dark, dated, and overly masculine, completely at odds with the warm, welcoming environment they're known for. Following a full interior redesign of their clinic, they were ready for their website to reflect the same fresh, approachable feel.
On top of that, the team had no way of updating their old website in-house. Outsourcing even small changes was slow, costly, and inefficient. They needed a new site that was easy to manage, clearly showcased their services, introduced their team, and simplified the booking process for clients.
To kickstart the process, I provided the clinic owner with a tailored content workbook and resources to make planning and writing the new content straightforward and stress-free. With everything prepared in advance, I was able to redesign and rebuild the entire website in just one day.

Empowered Team: Post-launch, I provided a library of how-to videos so the team can confidently make updates and edits whenever needed.
The Best Part?
We launched the new site while the owner was on holiday with his family! Thanks to our structured design day and just three scheduled check-in calls, he was able to enjoy his break by the pool and tick off a major business milestone.
