Lisburn Chiro is a Leading Chiropractic practice in Northern Ireland
Lisburn Chiro had been wanting to update their website for years, but the scale of the project felt overwhelming. With a busy practice to run, the task kept being pushed to the bottom of the to-do list. Their existing site was dark, dated, and overly masculine — completely at odds with the warm, welcoming environment they’re known for. Following a full interior redesign of their clinic, they were ready for their website to reflect the same fresh, approachable feel.
On top of that, the team had no way of updating their old website in-house. Outsourcing even small changes was slow, costly, and inefficient. They needed a new site that was easy to manage, clearly showcased their services, introduced their team, and simplified the booking process for clients.
My Approach
To kickstart the process, I provided Nick (the clinic owner) with a tailored content workbook and resources to make planning and writing the new content straightforward and stress-free. With everything prepared in advance, I was able to redesign and rebuild the entire website in just one day.
What We Did
New Look & Feel: A fresh, modern design with a new colour palette and typography that aligned with their updated brand identity.
Improved Structure: Each service now has its own dedicated page, making it easy for clients to find information and boosting the site’s SEO.
Streamlined Booking: Their booking system is now fully embedded within the site, offering a seamless experience for new and returning clients.
Empowered Team: Post-launch, I provided a library of how-to videos so the team can confidently make updates and edits whenever needed.
The Best Part?
We launched the new site while Nick was on holiday with his family! Thanks to our structured design day and just three scheduled check-in calls, he was able to enjoy his break by the pool and tick off a major business milestone.
