Nerys Davies is an Osteopath based in Notting Hill, London.
Brief
Nerys reached out because she believed her business had surpassed the capabilities of her current website. In terms of design, it seemed a bit plain, and her clients were having difficulty locating her on Google. Nerys wanted to retain the existing scheduling system on the website, but apart from that, she was prepared for a complete overhaul.
Result
It was crucial to have a user-friendly layout on Nerys' website, considering that her target audience would most likely be arriving there feeling frustrated and in pain. My goal was to make it easy for users to quickly schedule an appointment and find important information like clinic location, FAQs, and contact details. To create a welcoming atmosphere, we used a warm colour palette as the backdrop for different sections and to emphasise section titles. Additionally, we ensured that the website was optimised for search engines and designed to be compatible with various screen sizes.
A week after launching Nerys got in touch to say “I’ve had lovely responses from the website and new bookings which is great.”
