This is an osteopath based in London. She reached out because she believed her business had surpassed the capabilities of her current website. In terms of design, it seemed a bit plain, and her clients were having difficulty locating her on Google. She wanted to retain the existing scheduling system on the website, but apart from that, she was prepared for a complete overhaul.
What We Did
Designed a user-friendly layout, keeping in mind that her target audience would most likely be arriving there feeling frustrated and in pain
Made it easy for users to quickly schedule an appointment and find important information like clinic location, FAQs, and contact details
Used a warm colour palette as the backdrop for different sections and to emphasise section titles, creating a welcoming atmosphere
Ensured the website was optimised for search engines and designed to be compatible with various screen sizes
Result
A week after launching, she got in touch to say:
