Frankie, founder of Creatives by Frankie, had been in business for over six months and was securing clients through word of mouth and social media alone. Frankie already had strong branding in place, including a clear colour palette, fonts, and logos. However, after trying to DIY her website and leaving it unpublished for months, she felt stuck.
