My client had built their reformer Pilates studio on everything the chains can't offer: small class sizes, hands-on instructors, a genuinely welcoming community, and an experience that feels personal every single time. Their DIY website, though, wasn't telling that story. Clients were struggling to find class information, regularly getting in touch to ask how to book, and the intro offer wasn't landing the way it should. For a studio this good, that wasn't good enough.

Integrated seamlessly with Mariana Tek, the studio's booking platform, so that scheduling a class is effortless whether you're on desktop or mobile.
Ensured the site is fully optimised for mobile, because most people searching for a local fitness studio are doing it on their phone, and the experience needed to be just as polished there as on a larger screen.
Built a flexible locations structure to accommodate the studio's upcoming second site, with dedicated pages for each location keeping all information easy to find as the business grows.
Surfaced the intro offer clearly and confidently throughout the site, turning what was previously a missed opportunity into one of the site's strongest conversion tools.
Introduced movement with scrolling testimonials and fade in text to draw attention to certain areas.
Added an app download section to make it easy for new clients to transition from the website to booking directly through the studio's app, supporting long-term retention.
The result is a site that finally reflects what this studio has always been: boutique, professional, and genuinely community-driven. New visitors land on it and understand immediately what makes this place different from the big chains.
