The safe way to share access to your Squarespace website
Sharing is caring, but not when it comes to your login details! 🙅♂️
Did you know that with Squarespace, you can easily grant someone access to your website without having to share your login information? Simply add them as a contributor, customise their access, and remove them whenever you need to.
To do this, just log on to your website and go to the Settings section in the left-hand menu panel. From there, select Permissions & Ownership and enter your contributor's name and email address. You can then use the toggle options to specify the level of access they should have. If you ever need to remove a contributor, just select their name, click the three dots, and choose Remove Contributor.
This feature is incredibly useful if you collaborate with external businesses like web designers, SEO consultants, or copywriters. It also allows you to share access with your entire team.
